I chose this hotel for attending a congress and I was pleased with the facilities provided. Both business travelers and tourists can enjoy the hotel's amenities, such as the comfortable rooms, fully equipped kitchen, and the peaceful swimming pool area. The owners were friendly and focused on customer satisfaction.

The only service that I missed for my work was a business center or a dedicated workspace within the hotel premises.

The room at Nicolas Studios & Apartments was amazing! It had everything I needed, like a kitchenette with a dining area, a fridge, and even a coffee maker. The air conditioning kept me cool, and the free WiFi was a great bonus. The private bathroom was clean and had a hair dryer. I had a comfortable stay as an old person.

The only thing I didn't love was the showers in the bathroom. They were a bit small for me, but others might still find them enjoyable.

I had a really great stay at this hotel. The first thing that impressed me was the value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the excellent service provided. The location of the hotel was perfect - just across the road from the beach and so close to the center of the shops and restaurants on the Agia Marina boulevard. It was also wonderful to wake up every morning to Poly's fantastic garden view from my room. The rooms themselves were clean and comfortable, with all the essential facilities. The breakfast, although not the best I've had, was still quite good and a great way to start the day.

We appreciated the kind attentions from the host, the peace and quiet environment, well maintained room, pretty garden, and pleasant swimming pool. Close to shops, restaurants, and bus stop. Huge apartment with spacious rooms, balcony, marble floors, and solid wood doors. Friendly and helpful landlord, free parking and safe-box. Great location close to the sea and amenities. Excellent cleanliness, daily cleaning, fresh bed linen, and towel changes.

The location was great, only a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Also, the room was quite clean and tidy, and there was a lovely garden. In addition, we enjoyed the fact that we were able to easily access other areas nearby.

Our experience was very disappointing. We stayed during Easter and found that the hotel didn't offer any special activities or services for the holiday. Also, the bed was very uncomfortable and the room was quite small. Furthermore, we felt that the staff were not very helpful or friendly. we would not recommend staying here.

The hotel is located in a perfect spot, just a stone's throw away from the beach and close to all the facilities needed. The rooms were clean and the staff was always ready to help us. We loved spending time by the pool, surrounded by a lovely garden that made us feel at home. , the wifi worked perfectly, which was a big plus for us.
